We cannot deny that we haven’t committed adultery for each and every one of us are a sinner and have been unfaithful to the Lord in many of the instances in our lives. The teaching from Matthew that I have chosen that corresponds with me the most is about the adultery. Matthew 5: 27-30 talks about how people fall for temptation and commit adultery. In this passage, Jesus clearly says that one should not commit adultery for it is sin in front of God. Most of the time we think that we have done no wrong and that we judge other people by the sin that we do not do but on another side of our life we are committing mistakes.
